Pocket Cal

Terms of Service

Effective July 16, 2026 · Applies to the Pocket Cal iOS and iPadOS app

These terms are a simple agreement between you and Kevin Hall ("we", "us"), the maker of Pocket Cal ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

What Pocket Cal is

Pocket Cal is a calendar and planning app. It works with the calendars and reminders on your device and, if you choose to connect them, with third-party calendar accounts such as Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 / Outlook. Some features use AI to interpret what you type, dictate, or photograph and turn it into schedule items.

Your content stays yours

Everything you put in your calendar — events, tasks, notes, attachments, photos — is yours. We claim no ownership of it, and we handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Third-party services

Connecting a Google or Microsoft account is optional and governed by those providers' own terms and privacy policies. We access those accounts only to provide the calendar features described in the app, and you can disconnect them at any time in the app's settings.

AI features

AI-generated suggestions and schedules are a convenience, not a guarantee — please review anything important (times, dates, places) before relying on it. You're responsible for the accuracy of your final calendar.

Purchases

Optional subscriptions or purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account and are subject to Apple's terms. Manage or cancel them in your App Store settings.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — such as a missed event or appointment. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your place of residence.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms over time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
